- microwave
- 50 g oats
- 300 ml water (or milk alternative)
- 40 g fresh raspberries
- 5 g pumpkin seeds
- 5 g coconut flakes
In a microwaveable bowl, add 50g of porridge oats with 300ml or water or milk alternative. Cook on high heat for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. You can always adjust the quantity of liquid to suit your preference. I tend to like quite a stodgy porridge, but you can always add more liquid after cooking too.
Simply top your cooked porridge with fresh raspberries, a few pumpkin seeds and shards of coconut.
